Vintage 1970s Mid Century Christmas Brutalist Relief Picture Magi no. 3 C. Cazall

An unusual, large and very striking 1970s representation of Three Kings. Seems to have been created by applying silver foil over a textured relief base. The foil has then been burnished in some way to create contrast. Whatever the method employed, the result is very pleasing.

The silver surface catches the light and stands out from the black surround. Original wooden frame is painted silver to match the image.

Very indistinct pencil to back seems to read.... Frame measures 94 63.5cm. All in great original condition save for slight flake to top right corner - see photo.
