Three Figures. Expressionist mixed media by listed artist Diethelm W Wonner 1987

Striking original expressionist mixed media painting, by the listed Transylvanian/German artist Diethelm W. Titled "Drie" (Three) depicting a close group three dark, kinetic, figures. Signed and dated'87 lower right, extensively inscribed verso by the artist with the title, date and artist's details. On the backboard is an exhibit number label 207. Provenance: From the TB & R Jordan Collection - Tom and Rosamund Jordon were leading specialists in the Staithes Group of Artists and art dealers based in Stockton-on-Tees for over 40 years. Oil pastels and acrylic paint on wove paper. In the original Nielson, black powder coated metal frame with single, black core mount. Painting in excellent original condition with strong fresh colour (see photos) frame with some very slight nicks and scratches, mount clean (see photos).
