Revolver 50 is an original mixed media artwork by Klaus Voormann. Featuring a pen and ink drawing that represents the making of this historic Beatles cover, an archival Giclée print on cotton rag paper is supplemented with collage pieces drawn and hand-painted in watercolours by Klaus. Inspired by his original artwork and by the tools that he used to make it, Klaus Voormann has created 250 original artworks that are immediately recognisable as the Revolver cover in progress. The piece for sale is numbered 17/250 and is beautifully signed by Klaus (see detailed photos) and includes the Genesis Certificate of Authenticity. Each of the 250 artworks has been individually decorated with elements hand-crafted by Voormann - the pens, pencils, scissors, ink wells, and other artists' tools of the trade he used for the cover design, along with playfully-placed photos of The Beatles. It's that personal attention to every detail that makes this a truly one of a kind piece. The paper used for the print is Hahnemühle Cotton Rag® 320gsm.

The frame is black with silver pin line. White mount with deep French-bound edge and black highlight. The framed collage measures 24 3/4 x 24 3/4 and still has its original corner protectors and plastic wrap which protects the frame. It has never been displayed. It will be sent to you in the original numbered crate that it was sent to me in.
