The subject is Frensham ponds, The overall condition of the sketch is Very good with no signs of foxing and overall in very good condition. There is a very small scuff to the medium central as pictured appx 21mm.

Well framed in a distressed light wooden frame which is in good condition with minor scuffs from storage. A truly wonderful and seldom seen original sketch which would look fantastic in any art collection. Item will be extremely well packaged to ensure safe transit.
