ROB KEEP Ornithological Mixed Media Oil & Watercolour Painting, Kingfisher Bird

Superb original ornithological mixed media, oil & watercolour painting, depicting a Kingfisher bird perched on a narrow branch, this spectacular, near photorealistic original work is by the English artist Rob Keep. Rob Keep was born in Oxford, but moved to Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales as a young child. He is an exhibited artist who studied at the Harrogate College of Art, and takes inspiration for his work from the varied aspects of the Dales countryside all around him. He still lives in the popular village of Grassington where he paints from his studio. Framed, double-mounted, glazed and ready to hang, in a moulded wooden frame.
