Acquired from a gallery in Paris, who obtained the piece from the artist. This is an extra rare find for a fan of SINAO or a new collector. Unique piece, numbered and signed in stencil by the artist. Technique used: mixed technique of lithography on thick cardboard, acrylic paint, and spray paint.

The artist: Sinao was born in New York in 1981. Although considered an emerging street artist, he has been working on murals since the 90s.

He likes his art to be on street materials (cardboard, trash cans, mailboxes, fire hydrant) and little used canvases. He was influenced by the works of Blek le Rat. Most of the time, you'll see her rabbit (from Alice in Wonderland) sprucing up streets all over US and European capitals. Like most street performers, Sinao remains undercover and anonymous as much as possible, revealing himself only covered in the mask of a Black Death doctor.
