Listed Artist Joel Zaretsky Mixed Media Painting

This is a vintage Joel Zaretsky Multi Media painting. It is hard for me to tell what his method was to produce this painting, but I have mentioned materials he may have used, but, the painting gives off a metal texture. The painting is in excellent condition along with the frame and matting. Painting is very unique and the frame measures 17 x 13 x 1 the painting, measures 11.5 x 8.
