Josef Herman RA OBE (1911-2000) Flower inks/watercolour and pastel

"Flower" ink/watercolour wash and pastel, c1990, painting is in excellent condition- painting (image) measures 8.25" x 5.5" and framed 19" x 15.75" (Frame is sound but Mount would benefit from being replaced as a little wavey- see photos). The painting came from a private Suffolk collection, they had the painting framed at a local gallery and had the Herman signed backboard of the original frame placed on the reverse.
