Original cut paper and ink collage by listed artist and illustrator Simon Dawson, circa 1990. Depicting two attractive young ladies having fun at their boudoir. With the artists' agent label verso (this work has probably been reproduced as a card or poster) for Michael Woodward Associates, signed by the agent and giving details of conditions for reproduction.

Collage of coloured paper with ink detail; in an earlier (circa 1900) Hogarth style frame and new acid free mount. Collage in excellent original condition (see photo). Frame with some nicks, scratches and slight losses to the mouldings on the bottom corners (see photos). Image 50cm x 33.5cm, Frame 68.5cm x 55cm.

Keen observation and drawing are the starting point for all Simon's work. His career in art started with illustrations for magazines, then poster and card design for companies such as Athena and Hallmark. His work spans a wide range of subjects including figures, landscape and portraits, and hang in many private collections. For many years Simon and his wife have taught painting and drawing in their studio.
