Andy Warhol's Index Random House Book Mfg in Japan (1967) 67-22621. H ologram cover and silver-stamped spine.

I took photos of all the original inclusions intact I can find, please look at photos. The book grades from Very Good to Poor on some areas as some pages are not intact and one page has damages where the inclusion stuck to other page (common as the balloon has been melted for old book). I only saw one writing in name on behind the cover page.

Overall a great rare book to own, no major creases. I took as much photos as I could. All pages seems to be here inside this book as one section of the pages are not intact as mention before.

Some what dirty with some stain to the hologram cover and back as in photo. Pop-up castle still in very good conditions and intact.

Disc with "Chelsea Girls" and reviews printed on it is loose but has wire spring. 45 RPM disc with a picture of Lou Reed is here. Colored pop-up nose on a fold out page are very good. Pop-up Hunts tomato paste can is still Intact.

Balloon melted and fused between the two pages as this is common for it's age. There are other pages I have not taken photos as they do not have the pop-ups and are in good orders.
