Old Camper In Woods Under Night Sky With Campfire Original Mosaic Art. This damn lockdown over the past year has inspired a lot of artwork for me, and this piece says it all.

I wanted to create a piece that made me happy and when I looked at it, brought me to a place I know, have been, love and brings great joy: camping in the great outdoors! I live in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and our city was destroyed this summer by back-to-back hurricanes.

Because over half of our businesses still havent reopened, and 1/3 have no intentions to, we lost all the places I could go for art supplies. So I made a special trip to Houston and found a specialty stained glass store. I was in heaven, found the most amazing (and expensive) glass! I used bits of all of it in this piece I call The Wanderer. Thanks for looking and enjoy!
