Jean Michel Basquiat Drawing mixed media

ITEM FOR SALE: Jean-Michel Basquiat drawing on paper. FLAWS (if any): Paper has some smudges, corner of glass chip missing. 12x10 inches paper ; frame 22x18 inches. MEDIUM: mixed media, pencil, ink, paint. I believe it is imagery and symbols relating to Baseball great Jackie Robinson.

Even the title on the back suggests this "number 42", as Robinson was #42 for the Dodgers. The time has come for me to unload a large portion of my art collection, that I have been collecting over the course of a few decades. My collection has grown too large for me to keep, and most of it has been in storage for a long time. Most of these are in as is, as bought condition. While I have displayed many of them, I would need a museum or warehouse to house them.

So lack of space and finances has led me to put them up for sale here on bay. Many of these pieces have come from years of rummaging through thrift stores, storage auctions and the like. Also some I've gotten on trade and some from collectors.

If I have a specific history I will post it. I understand that some of these pieces might be worth more than what I'm asking, but I just don't have the time, resources or energy to invest.
